In which provinces can nurse practitioners use Dr.Bill?

Currently, only NPs in British Columbia and Alberta can use Dr.Bill. We expect Ontario to be added to this list sometime in Spring 2027.

What does Dr.Bill do with rejected claims?

It depends. If you’re on our Comprehensive Plan, we’ll automatically correct and resubmit rejected claims on your behalf. Or you can choose to manage rejections yourself on our Essentials Plan. Click here to learn more.

What kind of customer support does Dr.Bill offer?

On our Essentials Plan you get standard customer support for app and account issues, plus access to our billing knowledge library! On our Comprehensive Plan, you get standard support and our billing experts will manage your rejections, optimize your income, help you navigate fee codes, and more.

How much does Dr.Bill cost?

Dr.Bill has no upfront cost, no minimum use commitment, and no cancellation fees! You simply pay a small per-claim percentage on successfully paid claims. That means we only get paid if you do. Check out our different pricing plans here.
